To access the hard-to-reach areas of the property, scaffolding and an Elevated Work Platform (EWP) were deployed, enabling precision and safety in every step of the process.

The sheer scale of the residence, combined with years of exposure, demanded detailed preparation to ensure surfaces were primed for durability and longevity. Hard-to-reach areas required innovative solutions, with scaffoldings and the EWP playing a vital role in accessing every corner of the property. Despite these challenges, the team approached the project with unwavering dedication, using a blend of brush, roller, and spray techniques to achieve an impeccable finish. Premium products were carefully selected, including Dulux Acraprime Solvent Base Sealer exterior walls, Dulux Weathershield for the gutters and timberwork, and Dulux Acrashield for the rendered walls, each chosen for their superior performance and resilience.

As the final brushstrokes were applied and the scaffoldings dismantled, the home in Peppermint Grove stood resplendent, its beauty restored to its original glory.
