This architectural masterpiece was designed to offer the ultimate in luxury family living, with a focus on blending modern sophistication with functional spaces tailored for both intimate family gatherings and corporate entertaining. The home features a main three-storey house, complete with a lift, multiple living zones, a vast balcony with entertaining facilities, and a seamless connection to the outdoors, capturing the essence of Perth’s relaxed indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

The property also includes meticulously landscaped gardens with a mix of waterwise Mediterranean and Australian native plants, sculptures, and extensive lawn areas. The jewel of the outdoor space is the 20-meter lap pool and spa, complemented by a pool house cabana and a purpose-built gymnasium with inspiring ocean views.

The project involved extensive restoration and painting of all exterior surfaces of this luxury home:

Preparation, repair, and painting of both sides of the boundary walls and the front facade, including minor walls to the pool areas and steps.

Painting of all rendered surfaces across the home, including the pool house, steel posts, and awning.

Scaffoldings and EWP access were used to reach the upper levels of the home and ensure a safe and precise finish.

Techniques and Products:

A combination of brush, roller, and spray painting techniques was used to achieve a flawless finish across all surfaces. The team employed premium products such as Dulux WeatherShield Low Sheen for durability and Dulux Acrasheild membrane coating for the rendered walls. Steel work was treated with Dulux Durebild 2-pack epoxy, followed by Dulux Weathermax HBR 2-pack polyurethane, ensuring long-lasting protection against the elements.
