Barker Whittle can discontinue or change the cashback offer at any time. The cashback offer is only available to new clients who have executed a Painting Solution Agreement with Barker Whittle on or after the submitted date and who agree to schedule their work to commence after a minimum period of three months from the agreement date, subject to Barker Whittle’s availability. The amount of Cashback offered will be determined by Barker Whittle based on the services taken. – No promotional offers or retail discounting will apply in conjunction with this offer. 4 One-Time Claim: This offer is for one-time claim purposes only and cannot be combined with any other promotions by Barker Whittle on social media and the website.

5 Right to Cancel or Amend: Barker Whittle reserves the right to cancel or amend the Cashback offer and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

6 Collection of Details: Barker Whittle has the right to collect participant details and ensure that such information is not misused for any purpose other than marketing.

7 Responsibility for Details: Barker Whittle is not responsible for inaccuracies in details provided by any third party connected with this offer.

8 How and when will the Cashback be paid? The Cashback will be taken off the final invoice after the completion of the project to participants. Participants can receive a “cashback” of up to AUD 3000. The amount of Cashback offered will be determined by Barker Whittle based on the services taken.

9 Non-Transferable: The Offer is non-transferable and subject to availability. Barker Whittle reserves the right to substitute any offer with another of equivalent value without notice.
